Cancelation Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice will have deposits refunded in full. Deposits for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable. Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. Time-based service starts when appointment begins and not clients' arrival.
